Centrotherm has extended the VLO series. Systems are now available with a chamber volume from 6 to 300 liters. centrotherm has further brought to perfection the process quality of the VLO vacuum soldering systems. The VLO series masters a large range of types of activation and process gases. This allows our customers to select the best possible solution to achieve best soldering results.
The centrotherm VLO-family is known for void less, flux less and ultra clean soldering results.

centrotherm VLO 6 – Vacuum Soldering System for R&D Applications

New Products：

The VLO 6 vacuum soldering system meets the highest demands of R & D departments which use vacuum to achieve void less soldering joints. VLO 6 is the small-size entry level system of centrotherm's VLO-family with a 6 liter chamber volume, yet offering the full functionality like the other VLOs. With the VLO 6, the soldered area affected by voids can be reduced to less than 2 %, typical reflow soldering systems range at 20 %.
